Dr Karolina Rucinska, originally from Poland is a passionate advocate for sustainability with a keen interest in building partnerships and driving positive change. Her background in humanities is complemented by an MSc in Sustainability, Planning and Environmental Policy and a PhD in Cultural Geography, both from Cardiff University, which shines through in her work as a Sustainability Strategist at Cynnal Cymru.

Camille Løvgreen
Camille is a systems thinker with a passion for addressing social and environmental injustices. She has an educational and professional background in global challenges and sustainable development.
Originally from Denmark, Camille holds a BSc in Global Challenges (Social Cohesion) from Brunel University London and an MSc in Sustainable Development in Practice from the University of West of England. She is eager to collaborate with communities and businesses to instigate systemic change and identify solutions to unsustainable practices.
Her collaboration with Cynnal Cymru on the sustainability guides has been a rewarding experience, helping SMEs understand unsustainable business practices across social, governance, and environmental dimensions.
